Top this base with your favorite ingredients.

What do you need:

  • 1,5 cup arrowroot (Tapioca) flour (you can get it in the ‘toko’ store)
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 4 tbs flax meal (in Dutch: gemalen lijnzaad)
  • 2 tbs dried herbs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 120g cauliflower cooked and pureed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • Salt & Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 and line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine arrowroot, almond meal, flax meal, herbs, salt & pepper.

Make a well in the centre and add the melted coconut oil, warm water, cauliflower puree & eggs. Mix well.

Once combined divide the mixture in half and spread out evenly onto the prepared pizza trays. Place into the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooked, top with your favorite pizza toppings and place back into the oven for a further 10 minutes.

I topped mine with mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, pumpkin, chicken and herbs.
